- How long does it take for my order to arrive? We source our unique products from manufacturers all around the world, so processing/shipping time is between 15-40 Days, depending on where you live. Tracking information is available as soon as your product is shipped, usually within 3-5 business days. Sometimes delays do happen in the shipping process due to customs delays, bad weather, breakdowns, etc. Please feel free to contact us with any shipping questions.
- Do you ship internationally? Yes, we are able to ship to over 200+ countries around the globe.
- How much is shipping? Shipping rates vary by your location and item weight. Shipping to the USA starts at $4.95 and International shipments start at $5.95.

- What if I received an incorrect or defective item? At Bruno Carboni we strive for perfection, but sometimes mistakes do happen. Please email our support team within 7 days of receiving any incorrect or defective merchandise and we will make sure you are taken care of. Be sure to include your order # along with an explanation of your issue. We will replace any defective item free of charge.
- I need to return my item, how does that work? We have a 30 day return policy for items offered at Bruno Carboni. The item MUST be returned in its' original/unused condition. Returns are not accepted on used items. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Once we receive the unused returned item, we will inspect its' condition and issue you a refund minus original shipping costs.
